Dr. Niebuhr has more than 15 years of high level experience creating highly successful, free-choice programming for museums, zoos, aquaria, educational organizations and non-profit businesses. He has worked on strategic plans for The College of William & Mary, NOAA’s Estuarine Reserves Division and Oceans & Human Health program. He has completed more than 12 curriculum development projects for NOAA, EPA, IMLS, NSF, and National Park Service. David is committed to helping non-profit organizations and he has served many non-profit organizations devoted to education, the environment, and cultural appreciation.

Lori R. Gustafson, CLU, CFC, MSF

With experience in investment and financial strategy, Ms. Gustafson has a diverse background in helping individuals and businesses chart their financial security. She is a Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant, Accredited Estate Planner, Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy, and she holds a Master of Science degree in Finance. Lori has worked at every level of the investment and insurance business and has garnered her insights by working with New York Life, Zurich, and Aviva insurance companies. She has been actively assisting non-profit organizations reach their full development potential and has served as a Board member for social and cultural organizations devoted to making the world a better place.
